The Finance and Administration Department works with accounting and financial and operational management. The department is also responsible for the grant process, the Kammarkollegiet's IT operations, procurement, and internal office services.
Job Description
The task is part of the government's grant process and includes administrative control of payments and reporting. This includes reviewing grant applications and reports from grant recipients, as well as registering cases in the case management system Platina. The role also involves bookkeeping and registering requisitions for payment via the financial system UNIT4 ERP. The work involves frequent contact with departmental officials and grant-receiving organizations.
The tasks are carried out with the support of well-developed routines and together with experienced colleagues. You will be part of a team consisting of three people, including a process manager and two case officers, but you will also work with case officers at the Government Offices and have extensive contact with grant recipients, including municipalities and regions, as well as other authorities and international organizations.
Are you our new colleague?
We are looking for someone who has:
- Three-year high school diploma
- Very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
- Experience in grant management
- Basic knowledge of state payments
- Good knowledge of Excel
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience working with accounts payable
- Experience with the financial system UNIT4 ERP (formerly Agresso)
- Experience with the case management system Platina
- Knowledge of Adobe

More Information
This is a permanent position that begins with a six-month probationary period. The position is located in Stockholm, where we have activity-based offices in Gamla Stan.
Start date as soon as possible (by agreement).
